Returns & Refunds Policy
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To process a refund please send a request to returns@elynca.com with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Order Number / Proof of Purchase
- Reason for return
- Product type and color
Return Instructions:
- Ship your return once you receive approval with return address.
- Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered or refunded.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your account within 14 days.
Please Note:
- For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for used or opened haircare products.
- If a product is faulty, does not work, or differs from the description, a refund or replacement will be issued, only for purchases made on our website.
