Returns & Refunds Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To process a refund please send a request to returns@elynca.com with the following information:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Order Number / Proof of Purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Product type and color

Return Instructions:

  • Ship your return once you receive approval with return address. 
  • Please note that the return  shipping costs are not covered or refunded.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your account within 14 days.

Please Note:

  • For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for used or opened  haircare products.
  • If a product is faulty, does not work, or differs from the description, a refund or replacement will be issued, only for purchases made on our website.
