1. How long does shipping take?

11. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@elynca.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and processing a refund if applicable.
